• A Peer Facilitator will guide the discussion, but everyone is encouraged to share as they feel comfortable.
• Registration includes a workbook with additional information and exercises related to the weekly content
• Your small group will meet virtually once a week for two hours and can interact on a private chat throughout the week
• The private chat will continue after the ten-week program is completed.
• We will mail you your physical workbook needed for the course.
